| Anthony (Tony) Little is a professional
banker/financier with over 20 years experience in
commercial and personal banking in the UK with two
national banking groups. After a period within the branch
network he transferred to the training department were he
undertook the training of staff and management in a wide
variety of related skills and expertise including
training of trainer programmes. He developed a mentoring
based training programme for project managers in the use
and incorporation of Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
in project design and implementation. His professional
qualifications, ACIB, (Chartered Institute of Bankers)
have been complemented with a Marketing diploma and
membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and
an MBA with Warwick University.
In the beginning of 1996 he commenced his own
business, Little & van de Geer Limited, and developed
and delivered a wide range of training and workshop
related activities, concentrating on the use of
Participative workshop techniques, including Project
Cycle Management (or LFA), and GOPP (Goal Oriented
Project Planning) methods. He has delivered marketing and
financial training and seminars to SME's across Europe
and has worked extensively with entrepreneurs in the UK
in the development of business plans and appraisals. He
is a qualified lecturer, and delivers Marketing and
related programmes at a UK college of further education.
Tony has worked in the UK, Western, Central and
Eastern Europe, Africa and the former Soviet Union on
behalf of a number of European Commission programmes, and
with other National business and economic development
organisations.
Tony is a founder member of the GMA, (GOPP Moderators
Association), an international association of skilled
moderators based in Brussels.
